PwC & AIESEC 11th Top Talents project was held from 8 November till 5 December, 2013 in PwC Office. More than 250 students from Top Almaty universities applied for participation, and 30 of them went through the semifinal rounds.
The final session was very rhythmic and challenging for all participants. It was the intellectual, stress management, real practice case study where students showed theirs’ team work, strategic thinking, researching and analyzing abilities.
The students presented theirs’ strategies and financial models for Altel Kazakhstan business development. As a prize, winners got one month paid internship in PwC Advisory Department and, of course, memorable PwC presents.
"I want to thank PwC for that real case study. I got challenging and useful experience for my personal development as future professional," said Altynay Utegenova, IAB student.
On 7 April, 2013 PwC together with AIESEC hold "Leadership Day" in International Academy of Business. The list of participants included such companies as Mars, P&G, ATF Bank, Beeline, Chocolife.me.
More than 300 students participated in the project and more than 120 of them attended PwC sessions.
Natalya Bekbatyrova (PwC Human Capital Leader) conducted two sessions of interactive workshop "Social styles and motivation". The audience was active and responsive; finally there were a lot of positive feedbacks from participants.
