Responding to the business impacts of COVID-19

COVID-19 can cause potentially significant people, social and economic implications for organisations. This page provides information on how you can prepare your organisation and respond.

In the past few weeks, we have seen a rapid development of the situation with the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) in Kazakhstan. This requires us to take additional measures to prevent the further spread of the virus, and we strictly follow the recommendations of the health authorities. The health and well-being of our employees is our top priority.

In current circumstances, we continue our activities and fulfill our client commitments, while taking all necessary measures in order to minimize risks for both parties. We maintain a firm commitment to achieving quality in the services we deliver.

In particular, we provided our employees with the opportunity to work from home; we conduct regular office sanitation and constantly remind our people about hygiene rules, safety measures and the need to maintain social distance; we canceled all business trips abroad and reduced travel within Kazakhstan to a minimum; we also restricted participation in all external and internal events.

We closely monitor the situation to prepare for any development scenarios.
